One thing you can count on when looking for an opportunity of any kind is time. Very rarely is the process for job-seeking done quickly! There are three main seasons around internship hiring, which are cyclical and follow the typical academic calendar. They are Fall, Spring, and Summer.
Here’s what you need to know.
There are four main components to the internship process for you as a job-seeker: getting ready, applying, interviewing, and starting the internship. It takes a lot of planning and preparation going into an internship opportunity; You’ll need to start getting ready usually three to five months before you ever start your internship!
