You’ll get to….
- Identify opportunities for client growth and remove barriers to success through a comprehensive assessment that incorporates a narrative approach in the development of a strengths-based, holistic service plan.
- Monitor and guide client progress utilizing informed interventions to help maintain client engagement and progress in achieving overall well-being and financial self-sufficiency.
- Ensure professional service delivery by working to provide timely case management, documentation and communication with client.

We’re looking for change makers!
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field AND two years’ experience working with low income populations OR a combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of community resources preferred.
- Experience working with veterans helpful.
- Fluent in English (written and oral) required.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license, and evidence of auto liability insurance

- Full-Time position with an hourly range of $19.50-$20.00, based on skills and experience.
