Chick-fil-A Wichita Falls is seeking a Front Counter Director of Hospitality who has the capacity to oversee and own one area of the business while leading a large team. The Director will have the ability to innovate change to support business growth, provide world class hospitality, unmatched customer service, and be a servant leader to those they supervise. The Director will serve as a key leader for the organization, serving on the leadership team and helping oversee 50+ team members.


  • Direct and oversee a large team to deliver a positive and efficient guest experience
  • Provide vision and execute the plan
  • Plan the business for your area of the restaurant
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in area of expertise
  • Set goals and assess results
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
  • Assist in leadership development with the Leadership Team and Owner/Operator
  • Maintain a positive working relationship, treating all employees with respect
  • Possess a complete understanding of each key position in hospitality
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of management experience with positive results to show
  • Must have flexible availability for days and nights, including Saturday
  • Proven leadership experience – have led and developed teams
  • Effective communicator with the entire team; great listener
  • Results-oriented and able to work in a very fast-paced and high-stress environment
  • Ability to have direct, win/win conversations in difficult situations
  • Resourceful; has the ability to think and do; go-getter
