Creative Services Director
Our company is hunting for the next big thing, and we hope that is you, as our newest creative services director. Leading an innovative team of thinkers and doers, the right director will bring a combination of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued clients. We need an experienced manager of people, someone that can inspire and take the creative department to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have imagination and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.
Job Description
- Responsible for developing and leading all commercial production and assisting the team to create quality video content
- Makes decisions regarding hiring, evaluation, promotion, and termination of employees
- Manages and leads the department to create new and profitable live events and shows
- Manages recruitment and development of talented creative team members
- Prepares budgets and approves budget expenditures
- Resolves customer complaints regarding commercials
- Creates commercials and lifestyle shows for broadcast and digital with members of the Sales teams
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience in media promotions
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience guiding, directing, and motivating subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
- Experience establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them
- Ability to identify the developmental needs of others and to coach, mentor or otherwise help others to improve their knowledge or skills
- Proficiency with computers and working knowledge of editing software, cameras, microphones, lighting, and other various production equipment
