Customer Service Representative

Immediate opening with a local company for a full-time Customer Service Representative. They are looking for a friendly and organized individual with strong communication skills. This person will be responsible for providing sales support to customers and Dental Product Specialists.

Job Duties:
• Processing sales orders
• Working closely with an assigned group of Dental Product Specialists
• Processing supplier promo coupons
• Processing return authorizations
• Researching products
• Answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone system

• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• At least 2 years of office experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Pleasant and friendly voice and personality
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Organizational skills
• Efficient multitasking
• Effective communication skills

Pay & benefits:
• Starting pay: $12-$16 an hour
• Blue Cross Blue Shield Health & Dental Insurance

• Work days: Monday –Friday
• Relaxed Business Casual dress code
