The primary responsibility of this position is to provide awareness and prevention training for various community social service organizations and professionals such as the police department, social workers, healthcare professionals, human resource professionals, business leaders, educational staff, etc.



·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field

·      Understand domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking issues

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·      Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences

·      Competent in Microsoft Suite and other standard professional software

·      Reflect agency values (i.e., empathy, empowerment, etc.) toward clients, staff, and public

·      Ability to make good, independent decisions

·      Flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work as a team

·      Ability to complete required training and professional development

·      Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of employee, client, and agency information
