Reading blueprints/drawings, Engine Manuals
Ability to read and use basic measuring instruments
Work with engineering in repair development and problem solving
This position will require qualification as a FAA Part 65 repairman



  • Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection on components per written instructions.
  • Document Inspection results on applicable forms
  • Identify and schedule repair of non-conforming components
  • Print all component routers for all products
  • Prepare final certifying documentation for assigned components
  • Authorize by signature, on behalf of the repair station, the airworthiness of components
  • Interact actively with marketing to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of repair schemes
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for all components
  • Work as a part of the Quality Inspection Team and become familiar with other Cells as needed
  • Other duties as required to support company objectives
  • Job is being posted for the Sheet Metal Cell, but will require additional cross-training

Shift/Hours:      A Shift (Wednesday thru Saturday, 5am – 3pm)
