Job Description

  • Be a company Advocate on and off work
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries including, but not limited to billing, service, and technical questions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support including, but not limited to ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services, following up with clients or customers, and troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Provide information including discounts and special offers to potential and current customers
  • Stay up to date with new products, promotions, and services offered
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products and services
  • Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
  • Cross-sell products
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Create orders, calculate charges, and process necessary paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Commissionable Sales position with base pay

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be dependable able to effectively manage your time
  • Excellent communication skills a must in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Positive attitude and customer oriented
  • Must work well in a team atmosphere
  • Desire to succeed and grow
  • Be willing to go the extra mile so the customer has a better experience
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Product knowledge will need to be learned
  • Job may require after hours, and weekends
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure accurate Customer Order entry
  • Multitasking and organizational ability
  • Must be goal driven and professional
  • Able to produce based on companies’ objectives and goals

Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus

*Customer Service Representative could be located at our Vernon or Wichita Falls Office.
