Summary/Objective

The Contract Administration Clerk will assist the Contracts and Operations Teams in administrative matters related to Service and Product Contracts.

 

Essential Functions

·         Operational data entry, data analytics, and presentation

·         Maintain, organize, and update contract documentation in shared database

·         Assist with drafting, proofing, and processing Contracts, Subcontracts, and Modifications

·         Assist with Contract Pricing and Cost Analysis

·         Collaborate on Special Projects as needed

Required Education and Experience

·         Associates Degree or (1) year equivalent Contract Administration work experience

·         One (1) year of Business Administrative experience

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Suites

 

Preferred Education and Experience

·         Bachelor’s Degree in business related field

·         Experience with Service or Product Contracts (Grounds Maintenance/Janitorial/Litter)

·         Experience with Operational Data Analytics

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Work schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 8:30AM – 4:30PM, up to (24) hours per week. This is a part-time hourly position and is not eligible for medical benefits. Work hours are expected to remain the same for the first year (or longer) of employment.

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. Primary work location is an open cubicle space shared with other employees.  This job is currently NOT a remote position.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

 

 

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Physical Demands

This position is largely a sedentary role.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The position also requires the ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend as necessary.
