PEDRO LERMA, Principal & Founder | Richards/Lerma
Pedro’s career started at Designworks Group in Wichita Falls. After four years of working on brands like Subway and Whataburger, he moved to Dallas to join The Richards Group’s digital division. He worked with brands like Amstel Light, Fruit of the Loom, Hyundai, Patron tequila, and Expedia.
In 2009, Pedro took on a second job when he and Stan Richards decided to launch Richards/Lerma, an agency specializing in Hispanic marketing. He has been able to bring his vision of the next-generation agency to life with Richards/Lerma.
He leads a team of 70 seasoned Hispanic marketing experts that make up Richards/Lerma with offices in Dallas and Mexico City. A few of the brands the agency leads include Avocados From Mexico, Dr Pepper, Metro by T-Mobile, The Home Depot and Southwest Airlines.

Logan Draper | Designworks Group
Logan Draper was born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas. He started at DesignWorks Group in 2010 and was an instrumental part of building the Digital Marketing Division.
Since then, he has worked with many local and national businesses in a variety of industries to help them achieve their business goals through digital campaigns.
In 2016, Logan was a part of the team that won the 2016 HubSpot Rookie of the Year award. He and his wife Katy have been married for 8 years and have a daughter named Ellie. Logan is also one of the teaching pastors at Onelife Community Church.
Logan is the host/cohost to two podcasts, Modern Mad Men and The Good, as well as helped start and produce many others.
Eric Crosslin, PIO | Hoegger communications
Eric Crosslin was born and raised in Waco, TX. He received his BA from UNT in Denton in Radio, Television, and Film. He was a standup comic for a decade which brings his unique style to all things creative. He hosted the Morning Show for 85.5 The Boss before moving to KAUZ Newschannel 6 as a Social Media Reporter.
As the Public Information Officer for the City of Wichita Falls, he created a television show titled “That City Show” which provided information for the city in a creative way.

Kathryn Hager | Ramble & Company
Kathryn Hager is a successful business owner, wife, mother of three daughters, and friend. With a degree in business marketing, Kathryn taught herself how to use a printing press and began screen printing t-shirts out of her garage in 2009 before renting out her first storefront in 2016, Little H Creative.
Soon after, Kathryn and her husband, Ryan purchased their own building in January of 2017 in downtown Wichita Falls. That same year, Kathryn rebranded her business changing the name to Ramble and Company. Ramble and Company is the home of a variety of products made from local artisans and small business across the nation as well as screen-printed tees designed and printed in house.
Ramble and Company also provides custom screen printing and ships worldwide. Since beginning her business, Kathryn has shifted her skillset from printing to focusing on brand strategy as well as the varying administrative needs of the company as well as social media marketing. Through all the changes and adaptations of growing a brand, Kathryn has diligently worked to stay ahead and meet the needs of her customers and her company.
