Our Governance Structure
The Wichita Falls Chamber is a membership-based organization governed by a Board of Directors who are C-suite executives and local business leaders with deep connections to Wichita Falls.
This standard reflects our commitment to building a strong, connected business community. It signals to our members, local businesses, and community partners that we are serious about fostering growth and opportunity in Wichita Falls. How Our Board is Structured
The Wichita Falls Chamber’s governance, business and property are managed and controlled by its Board of Directors.
Our Board of Directors also includes Ex-Officio members who hold leadership positions in select community organizations.
The Board of Directors is further supported by the Executive Committee which consists of its elected officers.
Board-appointed committees and task forces additionally contribute to the operations of the organization and ensure objectives are being met.
