Our Governance Structure
The Wichita Falls Chamber is a membership-based organization governed by a Board of Directors who are C-suite executives and local business leaders with deep connections to Wichita Falls.
Not only does this standard allow for high-level thinking, dreaming and conversation, but it shows existing companies, companies we are looking to attract, members and our community and our partners that the Chamber is serious about creating more and better jobs. These individuals are vital to our leadership because of their significant business experience, strong strategic mindset, commitment to the Wichita Falls region and understanding of the importance of job creation.
How Our Board is Structured
The Wichita Falls Chamber’s governance, business and property are managed and controlled by its Board of Directors.
Our Board of Directors also includes Ex-Officio members who hold leadership positions in select community organizations.
The Board of Directors is further supported by the Executive Committee which consists of its elected officers.
Board-appointed committees and task forces additionally contribute to the operations of the organization and ensure objectives are being met.
