The Small Business Series consist of 5 sessions that will focus on entrepreneurship in our small business community. The topic for this event is, Wichita Falls Health Department: How to Start a Restaurant, with special guest Samantha Blair. Samantha is the City's expert serving as the Environmental Health Administrator. During this session, you can expect to learn the steps involved in launching a food establishment, including: finding your regulatory authority, choosing an operation/permit type, physical facility requirements, personnel requirements, inspections, and more!
